"Citizen Kang" is a great episode...I hope you get the chance to see it. It aired right before the '96 election. Kang and Kodos abducted Clinton and Dole, then assumed their forms. Hilarity obviously ensued.

In the very first Treehouse of Horrors, there was actually a third alien. I can't remember what his name was, but James Earl Jones did the voice. He was the cook aboard the flying saucer. They should bring him back.
